Pickles deliver FREE of charge via the school campus weekly for most primary schools or to a nominated address via Australia Post.
Please visit your schools specific home page for on-campus delivery days and cutoff times.
Depending on when you have placed your order please allow 7-10 days for delivery or collection.
In store collection
In store collection from the Pickles Brookvale Outlet, Pickles Marrickville Outlet or your on-campus uniform store is available depending on your school. Please check your school's specific home page for further details.
During Holidays
For all our on-campus shops, we are unable to access the uniform shop during holidays. All stock is held at the campus shop and therefore any internet orders placed during holiday periods can only be filled when the school term resumes.
Postal Orders
Pickles can post orders to any nominated address in Australia for a small fee.
All postal orders are packed at the uniform shop and then posted. All uniform items are kept on campus or at our retail outlets. As noted above, for schools that have on-campus shops no internet orders can be filled and posted during school holidays.
If for some reason you are concerned about how long your parcel has taken, please contact us at our Head Office. All orders can be traced with a tracking number.
Deliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of posting. Some rural areas can take up to 5 business days.

Here at Pickles, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 business days from date of purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If you wish to receive a refund, this is acceptable within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds if you change your mind.
All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. It must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed.
Any items purchased using vouchers will NOT be accepted for a refund or a store credit.

How to return/exchange
All returns must follow the Pickles Schoolwear returns process:
Items must be returned to the school campus shop or your nearest Retail Outlet. Please ensure you have a copy of your receipt to prove your date of purchase. Items can be returned via post to our Head Office address.
Faulty goods
We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods. If possible we will repair or replace faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
Important information
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment or an error on our part. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Pickles will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through our on campus school shops, Retail Outlets or online. Please do not try to return second hand items. Thank you.
Can I check on the status of my order?
As we process hundreds of orders each week, it is best to wait the suggested time frame to allow our staff to pack your order first. If for some reason you feel there has been a delay, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to check up on the order for you.
Do you deliver to business addresses or PO Boxes?
Yes we do deliver to businesses throughout Australia and we do deliver to PO Boxes, though Australia Post is the only method available for this. Please provide us with the best daytime delivery address for your order; we cannot change these once the item has been dispatched.
What if my package does not arrive?
If your package is taking longer than you expect, please email or call us straight away and we will help you find where your package could be.
Do you refund purchases?
Yes, we do. Please see our Returns / Exhanges section for more detail.
When will I receive my refund for a return?
Once the items have been received, returns will be processed within 5 days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and appear in your account once they receive the information from us; please allow 3-5 business days for this.
Do I need to open an account when I purchase?
No you are welcome to checkout as a guest. We encourage you to create an account so that your next purchase is quick and easy! We have made sure that the checkout operation is minimal, fast and pain free!
If you are out of stock, what happens?
If the item you wish to order is not available online (noted by the grey colour on that size item), you are more than welcome to contact Head Office via email or phone to request that we notify you when the stock becomes available.
What if I received the order and it is incorrect?
If the order you received is incorrect, please contact us and we will make sure we get the correct order out to you as soon as possible.
Is the Pickles website secure?
Your personal details are completely secure with us!! We do not share, sell or distribute customer information. We store any personal information that you give to us securely, using high-level SSL encryption technology.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Cash in store.

Credit Card Processing: Pickles use SSL 2048 bit encryption on its checkout and sensitive pages. At no point is your credit card information ever stored or known.
